All Sales Are Final

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email bigtimejerseyshop@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.

• Upon review, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products (including personalized jerseys)

• Items marked as clearance or final sale

Late or Missing Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed to the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider for claims.
